What is the difference between personalised and
non personalised stationery?

Personalised Stationery

Personalised cards have inserts printed with the details of your wedding but no guests names. White Envelopes are included with invitations, thank you cards and save the date cards. You can have dots as shown below or generic wording such as �request the pleasure of your company�.

Can I have different colours for my stationery?

Yes! We can colour customise almost all of our designs to make them as funky and contemporary as you wish! How about changing the burgundy squares on �Entwined Hearts� for Cerise or maybe a Silver on Metallic Amethyst �Elegance� Invitation?
You can change card colour, detail colour and even the insert paper colour.

Can I have my stationery on different sized cards?

Yes. Popular size changes are changing Evening Invitation size for Wedding Invitation size and Wedding Invitation size for Order of Service size. For larger evening invitations choose the LARGE SIZE payment option. Are envelopes included with the cards?

Yes, a quality white envelope is included with both personalised and non personalised Wedding Invitations, Evening Invitations, Thanks You Cards, Save the Date Cards / Fridge Magnets and Personalised Reply Cards.
Envelopes are NOT included with Order of Service, Order of the Day and Menus.

Wording

What wording should I use for my inserts?

We have four standard wording styles for day and evening invitations or you are free to make up your own. We have also included some of the most popular wording styles along with some etiquette tips as invitations can become complicated if parents are divorced or remarried. What fonts can I have for my inserts?

Can I have my insert wording in a different language?

We will happily print inserts in other languages. We ask that the customer provides a printed copy of the text (e-mail is even better) and that proofs are very thoroughly checked. For some languages we may need a specialist font.

Can you print a design I saw elsewhere?

We do not feel it is professional or ethical to reproduce other stationers designs. There are common themes within wedding stationery (i.e. Linked hearts) so it is worth checking all our card ranges for a similar design.

Bespoke

Can I have my own design printed on to the stationery?

We are able to use your own design if it is a pure black and white image and not overly complicated or too large. This is because we print using metal printing plates. Please contact us for more information on feasibility and pricing - CLICK HERE for contact information

Ordering Info

How quickly can you turn around an order?

Order times will vary depending on our work load. Whilst most orders are completed within four to six weeks, we ask that where possible you give us as much notice as you can to process your order. If you need a quick turnaround please contact us BEFORE ordering as WE ARE USUALLY ABLE TO COMPLETE AN ORDER WITHIN 7-14 DAYS WHERE NECESSARY. CLICK HERE for contact information

Please note that all orders, whether personalised or non-personalised are printed and assembled in house for each customer; we do not keep bulk stock of any design!

Please also note that If order times are stated by Newcombe Design Limited they refer to printing completion times and not delivery times; we cannot guarantee courier delivery dates.

Samples

Are your samples free?

Yes they are. However as samples still cost us in time and money we can only supply 2 samples.
We closely monitor requests and multiple submissions for different samples may result in us disregarding all your requests. We try hard to keep prices down and really cannot afford to send out too many samples!

How many samples can I request?

You can choose two card samples including fridge magnets and foil colour charts plus off cuts of card types and individual foil samples.

Do you have a brochure?

We do have a small design brochure, however it is no where near as comprehensive as this website. We primarily send out brochures in response to queries from magazine advertising where the customer has not viewed this web site. A brochure can be sent to you if requested.

Can I have different designs in my order?

Yes you can. You might for example want Entwined Hearts for your Day Invitations and Sparkling Cerise for your Evening Invitations.
