Table Seating Plans and Table Name Cards

Ensure your guests know exactly where to sit at your wedding breakfast with one of our classically simple table plans designed to match our range of stationery. Available as the larger, more detailed “standard” plan, a self assembly plan or as the smaller, simpler “mini” plan. We also supply Table Name Cards! We now offer A3 full colour table plans that match some of our stationery designs; we can even design a colour plan for you!

Table Name Cards

Each table plan is supplied unframed and is approximately SRA2 in size (450mmx 640mm).
A table plan housing up to 10 tables including the top table or with a maximum of 100 guests printed with black text costs £87.95. A table plan housing between 10 and 15 tables including the top table or with a maximum of 100 to 150 guests printed with black text costs £99.00. The price reflects the sheer amount of man hours it takes to design, print and assemble each plan!If you require more tables or have larger guest numbers you may require a larger plan; please contact us and we will quote you on an individual basis according to requirements.

Table Names / Numbers are flat double-sided cards printed in Black on Ivory or White Pearl with a backing colour to compliment your design - e.g. Gold, Silver, Cerise Pink, Amethyst Purple etc. Other colours may be available upon request.
They are approximately 114mm x 178mm in size and cost £1.95 each without support for those people wanting to incorporate them as part of a table centre piece or use ornate card holders or £2.45 each with rear support to enable them to be free standing on the table.

Standard Table Plans ARE available for events with up to 300 guests, for larger events a larger plan will be necessary - please Contact Us with your requirements

Please note that due to the individual nature of our tableplans, the final layout and positioning of each component part is decided upon by us at Newcombe Design.
The amount of tables, number of guests and the chosen font are all contributing factors when making these plans.

Complimentary Detailing

An extra card that will co-ordinate with the Wedding Stationery Etc design range or can include the wording of your choice, for example a line from a reading. Often just says “Table Seating Plan”.

We also supply self assembly table seating plans. These include the backing board, the printed detail cards and the coloured surrounds, all supplied loose for you to stick together yourself with the roll of double sided tape which is also provided. The plans measure approximately 400x500mm and come without the corner details of the bigger plans.

Our mini table seating plans are a smaller, cheaper alternative to our standard plans. All your details are printed onto a single sheet of ivory or white pearl card which is then bordered with the colour of your choice. Each plan is supplied unframed and is A4 in size (approximately 210mm x 297mm). You can have a maximum of 9 tables or 72 Guests on your plan but cannot have a table layout drawing due to lack of space!
A standard mini table seating plan is printed in black.
