Samples FAQ

Who do we send samples to?

We ask that samples are only requested by people involve in the planning of a wedding. As a small business samples are very costly in time and money so we gratefully ask that samples are not requested by people referred to us from a �freebies� site or from those people seeking inspiration from an �arts and crafts� site. Many stationery companies have stopped offering free samples as a result of this; something we do not want to have to do.

Multiple Requests

Please also note that in order to keep prices down we can only supply 2 samples.
We closely monitor requests and multiple submissions for different samples may result in us disregarding all your requests. We try hard to keep prices down and really cannot afford to send out too many samples!

Non Standard Colours?

we cannot send out samples printed in non-standard foil colours or card colours. If you need to see a specific foil or card colour then please request this in the comments box on the sample request form.

No Samples Arrived?

If you do not hear from us within a week please send us an e-mail or call us to ensure that your request has not gone astray.

Product Branding

Sample invitations will usually have our company name ink stamped inside them. This stamp is only for identification purposes on samples and IS NOT present on actual ordered stationery. The foil printed web address on the bottom reverse of save the date fridge magnets is present on ordered stationery.

Reject Samples

Strange as it may seem we occasionally use cards that have been rejected from actual orders as this helps us to keeps costs down. Rejected sample cards will generally be marked as such. The are many reasons why we may reject cards, the most common being bent card, bad alignment or misprinting. These cards do not reflect on the quality of our stationery orders hence why they are used for samples only.

Inserts in Samples

We try to ensure that all of the cards you have requested will have a fully printed insert in place. By request we will try to include an insert printed with the optional metallic text upgrade.

Our Privacy Policy

We hate junk mail as much as anyone and so it is our policy NOT to forward any details that you submit to us to a third party. We ask for telephone numbers and e-mail addresses only to be used in the event that there is a query with a sample request.
